Pocztówka reklamująca krem Ultrasol, sygnowana Seifert. Najprawdopodobniej autorem był Franciszek Seifert (1900-1964), który w latach trzydziestych XXw. stworzył wiele materiałów reklamowych dla firm z Krakowa.

You remember, don't you?  Anna Szałapak with hair of the water nymph singing ... the text of  advert of Anna Csillag's cosmetics promoting hair growth, connected with fragments of texts of Leśmian and Schulz (music: Z. Konieczny).  Here you will find various versions of advertisements of these products from the area of central Europe, and above example of one of Polish versions from the 1920's. 
... of course, you probably don't remember. Anna Szałapak is a member of artists' group Piwnica pod Baranami, still well known in Poland I hope. And here is the song:
