Jakoś trzeba zacząć

Zacząć jest podobno najtrudniej, ale kiedyś trzeba.

Długo myślałam nad tym jak pokazać moje zbiory, Internet wydał się oczywistym rozwiązaniem a blog - najszybszym. Ten blog będzie nie tylko o starych kosmetykach, ale także o wszystkim co jest z nimi związane - urządzeniach, rozwoju przemysłu, edukacji, usługach - głównie w XX-leciu międzywojennym w Polsce, ale pewnie nie tylko... Oprócz kosmetyków będzie też o tym co dziś nazywamy chemią gospodarczą, czyli o praniu i czyszczeniu. No i będzie dwujęzycznie :-), żeby sympatycy zza granicy też mogli podczytywać.

Zaczynam od reklamy kremu Abarid - bo ją lubię, pochodzi z prasy ilustrowanej z lat 30. a treść prawie się nie zestarzała.

Somehow it is necessary to start…

It is rumoured that it is most difficulty to start : -), but at one time it is necessary.  I thought a long time how to show my collection, the Internet seemed to be an obvious solution and a blog – the fastest. The blog will be not only about old cosmetics but also about everything what is connected with them - devices, the development of the industry, the education, services - mainly in the interwar period in Poland, but most probably not only…

Apart from the cosmetics it will also be on all what today we are calling household i.e. about the washing and cleaning.

And it will be bilingual, so that sympathizers from  outside Poland can also read in bits J.

I am starting with the advertising of Abarid cream – I just like it, it’s from the illustrated press from the thirties and content almost didn't become dated.
